Shipping policy

The majority of our products are manufactured overseas and the majority of our shipping is done with ePacket.  Because of the international nature of the majority of our shipping, we ask customers to allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.  If your purchase has not arrived within 4 weeks from the date of purchase, please contact our customer service department at custcare.bellavita@gmail.com
